In this lesson, you will learn how to easily navigate the Kesh Express app to carry out some self-care functions.

After a successful Log-in:

  • STEP 1 – Click on the History icon on the Home Page. It redirects you to all the past transactions status.
  • STEP 2 – Click on the transaction you want to confirm either Successful, Failed or Pending and view the History.
NB: Agents! PLEASE…always refer to transactions status viewed in this section.

After a Successful Log-in:

  • STEP 1 - Click on the SETTING icon on your Home Page.
  • STEP 2 – Select Change PIN
  • STEP 3 - Enter your OLD PIN.
  • STEP 3 – Enter NEW PIN you want to change to.
  • STEP 4 – Enter NEW PIN again to confirm.
  • STEP 5 - Click on Change PIN and you will get a message saying PIN changed successfully

After a Successful Log-In:

  • STEP 1 - Click on the SETTING icon on your Home Page.
  • STEP 2 -  Click on the Profile.
The profile displays your full details such as name, address, agent code as well as the Agent’s till account number assigned to you.

  • STEP 1 - Click on the HOME icon on your Home Page.
  • STEP 2- Click on the menu icon at the top left of the screen
  • STEP 3- Select Log Out.
