Yes, they do. But it is based on the number of transactions you do on the app. They also give it out on a first come, first served basis.

Yes. You can now request to buy a POS from the Kudi app after updating it (if yours is not updated).

  • Click on Transactions
  • Click on the particular pending transaction
  • Click on Need help
  • Select the particular issue relating to your complaints
  • Add your comments
  • You can also upload an image or take a picture of the failed transaction
  • Click on submit
  • You will get updates on details of how your transaction is being resolved until it is done.

You will be given branded materials by operation managers once you sign up on the platform.

  • Click sign in with another user
  • Click on forgot password
  • Input the desired password and an OTP will be sent to you for password change completion.
  • You can then login with the new password.
